Account Restricted - Procedures for resolution
My account has been restricted for more than a year and my funds from sales frozen. I was told by an ebay rep to wait it out and time would bring my account back. Since that time I have regained top seller status, am able to list new items and sell but still, my account remains restricted and fund frozen.
Ebay has offered no reason as to why my account was restricted in the first place and has given no procedures on how to bring my account to unrestricted and given my access to my seller funds.
I have been a seller since 2005 with zero buyer issues or complaints. I'm needing real help and a real point of contact to talk to about this at ebay.
On March 11th I initiated a dispute with the "so-called" dispute resolution center but have received zero - ZERO - reply from ebay. This has got to be criminal and cant understand why ebay would treat sellers in this fashion.

Here's how to Contact Customer service
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
I do find it odd that you are missing a payout when your account is active.

Mentor5 months agoIf you can list items then your account is not restricted or suspended. Are you talking about your funds being held for the entire hold period? Please provide more detail as to what is going on.
