account restricted, not possible to verify my account
Hi,
My account has been restricted as I logged in from abroad. I am told to verify my account by going to messages and follow the instructions that eBay sent me. I did not receive any message from eBay regarding this matter so I cannot verify my account.
How can get a message with the intructions? or, is there any other way I can lift the restrictions?

I do use the UK site and I am in the EU, I believe eBay suspected that my account was hacked and restricted it. They say I should check my messages and follow the instructions, but I never received a message.
I can't bid or pay for items anymore.

You are located in the UK.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
