Hello, my account suppli-x has been temporarily restricted (reference
e292549-1244650x). The chatbot keeps misrouting me and only offers phone
callbacks. I would prefer to handle this in writing.
Background:
- Business: AVEGANDO AI LABS LLC (Wyoming, EIN 30-1459173)
- I am a non-US person (Irish resident) — no SSN, no ITIN
- Per IRS, this LLC is a foreign-owned single-member disregarded entity
that files Form W-8BEN-E with the LLC's EIN, not Form W-9
- The W-9 in eBay's onboarding requires SSN/ITIN which I cannot provide
Could a moderator please escalate this to Trust & Safety / Tax
Compliance so the correct tax form path can be enabled? I have all
documents ready to upload (EIN letter, LLC formation cert, passport,
proof of address, US business bank statement).

Mentor3 months ago@suppli-x You can not open an eBay account with a US address if you live in another country even though you have an LLC in the US. You are required to have a SS# or ITIN#. There is no way around this since you gave a US address.
You MUST open your account using your true address. Close this account before it is suspended and you are not able to open another account with the correct information.

You can set up an eBay account while living in another country and have a US ship from address. Sellers do have to be approved for forward deployed inventory.
Once you have an account with the correct true address where you live then you can apply for forward deployed inventory>
