Account restricted indefinitely but ebay wont release my funds

Question

Funds in question weren't even item in question that ebay decided weeks after delivery and verified, payment received and payment paid out to pull randomly and ask for documents. I provided what I could but was never enough. Now I just want the the funds that have been ready to payout since the end of February. How can I get that?

@evelykirb2 If eBay is not satisfied with the proof of ownership of the items you had for sale then what happens is the funds are sent to your state unclaimed funds department. It's a process called escheatment and can take 1-5 years depending on your state before you can request to claim the funds.
