Just found out I couldn't send some of the proceeds of my listing to charity. I had no idea that the money doesn't already come out.When I checked I owed about $6.00 which I just paid. How soon uI get unrestricted nand can use charity again.

Here's how to contact eBay general customer service to see if you will be allowed to sell for Charity again:
