Account restricted from listing – No action or verification option in Messages
My account is restricted from most activities, including listing, and my payouts are on hold. eBay says to check Messages for instructions, but there is no verification link, document request, appeal option, or required action in my Messages. I cannot receive phone calls due to my VoIP number. How can I resolve this?
This is a new account. I have only attempted one listing and have a $0 balance. I have not received any specific instructions explaining the restriction.
