Account restricted for using VPN
I have an item which is apparently being held by eBay hub , possibly linked to my account being restricted for no reason.
I do not have access to my old phone number for verification as I moved countries .
now I am unable to reach any agents just endless automated responses.
Does it even make sense they are holding a package in their hub due to restrictions on the account (for security reasons)??
I spoke to agents before but now can’t reach them
