Account Restricted for "Add tracking to shipments" but only have Presale items.
I recently revceived an account restriction that states I need to
"Add tracking to shipments
Provide tracking details for eBay to confirm delivery. If you don't have tracking, the task will resolve when eBay confirms the buyer received the item."
The issue is that all of my current orders are Presale items. Each listing following all of eBays guidelines regarding Presales and have a ship by date of June 3rd which is over a month from today. I expect to have the items in hand by May 5th. Since I don't have the items in hand, I can't upload tracking details for the items, and shouldnt need to do so.
I have talked to eBay support several times and they have been no help. The farther I got was to talk to a supervisor which basically said eBay has restricted my account to prevent the items from not being shipped. My account is Top Rated seller status and I have never had any issues with deliveries.
I do have a small negative balance on my account due to eBay holding my funds, but I am unable to pay the balance. I have a valid card on file but I cannot find any location to pay the balance. I was provided with the link https://www.ebay.com/onetimepayment but when I go to this link it says I have a balance of 0.00 to pay and cannot process any payment.
Any help would be appreciated. I fully believe I have done nothing wrong, yet my entire seller account is restricted beacuse of it.

You are a new seller who has sold 48 or fewer items in less than 4 months.
You're selling in high risk categories (nvidia GPU, and presales)
You have 20 presale items in your solds totaling over $10,000. eBay is going to make sure those get delivered.

The baseball cards say "ships Apr 11" - have they shipped?
Neither the Toy Story or the Basketball items have a ship by date in the listing as required.

Once you get the items on May 5th, start shipping. Every item over $750 needs to have signature required.
I hope your items arrive soon, and you ship quickly. If your items are shipped on time, then I suspect your account will be unrestricted.
Regarding the small balance, is it a negative balance in Available funds?
If so, make sure you have a back up credit card in your wallet, eBay will collect the balance there, automatically.
Your ship by date is 40 days after the sale
Toy Story listing ended April 8, so the ship by will be May 11th (or sooner)
Basketball listing ended April 8, so the ship by will be May 11th (or sooner)

OP4 months agoI understand I sell in "high risk" categories.
I have fufilled all of my preorders. The baseball cards were delivered on 3/10. The title meant to say "3/11".
I see that my listings were missing the ship by date in the description.
So I just need to wait until these items arrive and ship them to get unrestricted?

Yes, wait for them to arrive, ship fast, tracking, signature confirmation on the over $750 items.
I believe you will be restricted until after the items arrive at the buyers.
I'm certain you won't be unrestricted before then.

Mentor4 months ago@holmesdirect Try this for the unpaid balance. Go to this screen> https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list ADD a new credit card and designate it for the Selling Costs. This unpaid balance, no matter how small, may be what is causing account issues.
Since you are a fairly new seller your payout is usually not released until at LEAST 3 days after tracking shows delivery, although it can be up to 31 days. Payout hold policy

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.

OP4 months agoI have added a new card to my account and set it as the default for my selling costs, but that did not pay the negative balance.
I have contacted seller support countless times and they said that the trackings need to be uploaded and then I can pay the negative balance. I do not understand why I cannot make a one time payment
I am unable to upload tracking information as these are presale items and I do not have them on hand yet.
