Account restricted due to a unfortunate mistake on my part.
I need help as my account was restricted due to a bad mistake that I made on a listing. I am being punished by eBay who has dropped my listings from 250 per month to 50 and now to 32 items per month. I can't improve my account if i don't have the ability to list items for sale. I have been buying and selling since 2010 and have always had my account in good standing before this error that I made. So far eBay has not been helpful in addressing my problem. Unfortunately I let the problem go past the 90 day limit to file an appeal. But the bottom line is I can't get any traction with selling to improve my defect rate by having my items restricted. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
