Account restricted - cannot reach Turkish speaking agent - need help
Hello,
My seller account has been restricted. eBay says they were unable to verify my information. Bank account is correctly linked under my business name.
The problem: I do not speak English. I am a Turkish speaker. When I called eBay support, the agent said they cannot transfer me to a Turkish speaking agent. Chat support only offers callback option, no written chat with agent.
I am going in circles between chat bot and phone support. Is there any way to resolve account restrictions via written communication (email or chat) without a phone call in English? Or is there a way to reach a Turkish speaking eBay representative?
