I see your account is based in India. Have you cancelled orders from your customers? Never shipped items? I see that in a little more than a year the account has 6 negative Feedback and 3 Nuetral ... while those alone may not cause a restriction they may indicate that your Service Metrics are causing your account issues. Your Seller Dashboard may indicate areas where you need attention.
