Can someone please help. I'm new to ebay marketplace and I followed all instructions to sign up. I posted one item for sale to test it out. Then I received a message stating that my account is restricted and suspended. I followed the contact us instructions but it kept taking round in circles without giving me a clear explanation for what to do to reactivate it.

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
