I am eBay customer for last 25 years. Yesterday eBay removed all my listings of items for sale and restricted from selling..I am appalled. eBay says I cannot appeal

Your feedback profile seems to indicate that you were refusing money back guarantee claims. You told one buyer to take their issue up with the P.O. because you wrote do not bend on an envelope with stamps in it. Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely. Envelopes will go through high speed sorting machines which do bend them.
If buyers had to ask ebay to step in to get resolution, because of your refusals to accept returns or refunds, you did this to yourself.

OP4 months agoIf post office or mail man is careless even with all precautions I had taken such as using cardboard insert and labeling "do not bend" it is not my fault. Why should I take a loss? The buyer is supposed to report to post office first for damage to envelope and then I can file a claim. Buyer may have lied because he wanted refund without returning item.
