earlier this morning I made a bid for an item then later I was outbid when I tried to submit a new bid a message popped up saying my account was restricted from making bids. I haven't received a message on my account on ebay or an email from ebay so I'm confused what I've done wrong. Can anyone help me with a way to resolve this please.
