The account is restricted, and I have paid the debt. I received a message that I can now buy and sell, but a message still appears on the payments page saying(Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated. )
And when I try to upload a new product, I find a message that the account has been restricted due to suspicious activity
