Account restricted

Question

I have been making many purchases, totaling thousands of dollars. I got a message after attempting to pay for an order that said my account has been restricted. It told me to call. It doesnt give me a number. I have tried paying with my credit and debit cards with no luck. It tells me no reason why I am restricted, I am only assuming it's due to the many purchases. It wont let me complete my transactions that I'm obligated to right now. How to I fix this?
