Hello,
My account was restricted months ago, I didn't receive any message from eBay about my restricted account and how to reinstate it. I can buy through eBay buy I can't sell.
I tried to contact eBay but I couldn't live chat with them. They used only the automatic reply, the automatic reply saying: " You can still list or sell up to 3000 items more to reach your 3000 monthly limit..".
When I tried to sell, a message appears saying that my account is limited due to suspecious activity.
Is there anyone can help please??

Without more info to go by, Because of your location were you drop shipping from a U.S. location and using a product source supplier? If you were you may have listed an item that was counterfeit or an unauthorized copy without knowing it and it was reported by the Mfr.. Because it has been so long since the restriction was place on your account we cannot see the details of your last sales to try and figure out why your account was restricted.
Since you are located in Israel, the only way you will be able to reach someone who can help you will be to try contacting ebay through one of theor social media platforms. I'd give them the general details of the last few sales you made or listings you had up, and ask why your account was restricted. The reps who man the social media sites are actual ebay employees who can access your account and may be able to tell you why your account was restricted, and what you may be able to do to get it reinstated.

Thank you for answering my question, I appreciate it .
Months ago, I have my account restricted.
'Item not Received' rate was high,
I'm an active eBay seller since 2005, and for years I have an icon "power seller" and "top rated seller" . I have many customers on eBay and I was selling a lot of special item that no one has it .
However, as you know I'm selling from Israel, there was a war here , the circumstances was very bad, a lot of lockdowns
Many flights were stopped for weeks . That caused a delay on shipping, some of my customers didn't receive their goods on time, it was really out of my control.
The circumstances now is better, shipping and delivery are on time ,
I will do all my best to cooperate with customers and to refund them as soon as they ask .
Could you please help me have my account reinstated?
