Account Restricted

Question

Hi,

I've been looking all over for help and I can't seem to find it. I've literally been on EBay for 2 days, haven't done anything other than look until today when I tried to place my first bid. I got a notice that my account has been restricted for "unusual activity against our policies" and that I would have a message sent to know what these are. I haven't received anything and the "chat" is no help. All info on my account is correct, verified, etc. Someone help!!

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
