eBay support isn't supporting and keeps telling me to wait 48-72 hours. It's been over a week now since I provided all the documents and there's no communication at all from eBay support team. Chat support keeps telling me to wait which isn't helpful. Who can I contact to get some answers because I am not even sure what I am waiting for due to the lack of communication and clarification of the progress.
