Hello eBay,
I was wondering if I could get some more information on this restriction banner that I keep seeing on my screen. It says that “your seller account is restricted- resolve open issues by xx/x/xxx to avoid further account restrictions†but when I click on the link it says i need to add “tracking numbers†but I am confused because for ALL of my sold items I make sure to include the tracking number… so I am not sure what to include. And
I had an incident with my last sale but it did get resolved and I’m hoping that I can continue to sell my items on here without any issues. If you could please give me some feedback on what I should do or how I can help with this situation.
