    Can someone do a detailed explanation on how I can unrestrict my account cause right now it will only allow me to “buy now” or wait for eBay to give me a discount. I looked at the prompts already but it’s saying I need to pay a fee but I see NOTHING on my account AT ALL regarding a fee. Id like to continue using the app but eBay is making it very difficult. Only issue I have faced
