Hi - I have not sold on ebay for a couple of years. I attempted to list an item and received a message that my account is limited. I cant find the reason so that I may resolve the issue. No messages regarding my account. Any help is appreciated. I have no bad feedback, no outstanding fees.

Make sure the name on your ebay account matches exactly to the name on your checking account.
Make sure your registered address is a physical location, and not a P.O. box. You can change it later.

If you have been away from selling, you will need to sign up with eBay Managed Payments before you can sell on eBay. If you go to your Payments tab on the app, the information eBay needs from you should be there. Or on a desktop, in your Account Settings under Payments.
