I am a seller on eBay and I have up $4200 on my account from my items sold. But eBay has placed my account on restriction. I have tried resolving any issue that may have occurred but they have not still solved my problem. What should I do ?

Mentor2 years agoA lot will depend on what you mean by restricted. As a new seller in a category that has a high problem rate your funds will be held for 30 days from the sale to make sure that any problems can be taken care of promptly. As you gain experience and seller feedback eBay will reduce the required wait time to receive your funds.
If eBay actually send you a restriction message then you would have to contact eBay customer service to see what the problem is and how to fix it. Just try again later. Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time.
