Account Restricted
25 year member, 61 positive reviews, 0 negative, and I've been ban from selling, for what appears to be life. I've spoken to two customer service representatives who say they can't explain, there is nothing for them to look -up and they tell me there's nothing I can do.

OP2 years agoJust figured it out from an old statement! There was a 30 cent difference in a sale fee. So I owe them 30 cents. Talk about **bleep**s....

So let me get this straight, you have a low activity account but got suspended for life because of 30 cents?

OP2 years agoI paid the 30 cents, now I expect a long wait until someone on the other side of the world changes my status...

OP2 years agoTried that. They never sent me an email that I can find. And they won't give me a date to look.

Check your eBay messages and use the filter over on the left side to see just messages from eBay. It's not usual for someone to be banned without having received warnings or some communication beforehand.

OP2 years agothey said I was banned in July 2021. My messages don't go back that far. And they said theirs don't either. Great!

Mentor2 years agoPerhaps you didn't read the messages you received back then. You might check your email account to see if you still have the copies of the messages stored there. That's all I can think of to suggest.

OP2 years agoSince posting I've tried calling eBay and they are now blocking my phone number.
Who are these people?

Mentor2 years agoebay does not have a phone number that you can call.
You haven't received any feedback for a year, so you may not be transitioned to Managed Payments, which is how we get paid now.

Make sure the ebay registered name is EXACTLY identical to the name on your checking account, including middle initial or middle name.
Make sure you also register a physical street address, no P.O. Boxes. That can be changed later if needed.
