hi everyone, my account was restricted recently, and I can't call EBAY as the "let us call you" button on the "contact us" page asks for only American and Canadian numbers, despite me being British. is there anything I can do?

You are mistakenly using the Ebay U.S. site. You need to use the Ebay UK site.
