Been a dealer on ebay for over 25 years. Came down sick with severe pneumonia the middle of June and was in the hospital for 23 days. Upon release had to have in home care. Am just now getting back to normal. (75% improvement). How do i restart my account? Please note: everyone that ordered a card has received a refund from ebay and my account was been charged. Would really like to hear from ebay!!!!
