Account restiction removal
After many years on Ebay I had a stroke and have had problems selling again after eight months . I have spent several hours trying to talk to someone. I was told ten days ago that my account was clear and that I could start listing again, which is not the case. I have been two hours trying to talk to somone as the last time I talked to someone I was able to get a promise of restirctions being lifted, which has not been the case. I don't know what to do, I have been on Ebay for nine years and desparately need the income
