Account Reinstatement
Hi, I didn’t know my account had been permanently suspended and it’s been a year so the appeals process is closed. Is there anything I can do or anyone I can reach out to? The person on the phone said I was permanently banned from selling on eBay and there was nothing I could do, my account was banned due to “poor seller performance levels†this seems harsh to be permanently banned. Thank you for any help

Mentor1 year agoIf you received a permanent ban from selling then customer service cannot override this ban. Looking at your feedback you have received quite a few negative feedbacks so this entered into the decision made by eBay. Once a permanent ban is issued there is little change of being able to sell again.
