account receiving defects due to bug or glitch in system, been asking ebay for HELP! for 4 months
We have been receiving defects for tracking uploaded late, despite uploading tracking on time according to our ship policy. We have all shipping policies set to 1 business day handling, but a glitch or bug in ebays system is giving a tracking due date of same day on about 75% of my orders. This is resulting in defects for "tracking uploaded late" on my seller account, which oddly don't even show up on the "Request to remove defects" page. I have contacted seller help 6 times in the last 4 months, with no resolution yet. SR # 1-467034075451, and 1-468244050885. I was assured by someone in leadership that my top rated status would be protected, but that did not happen and we lost top rated this morning, and nothing has been fixed. I don't know where else to turn for help so I'm asking everywhere that I can.
