Account problem
Hello!
We encountered some problems and wanted to clear things up. Last week, several rates increased sharply: the number of uploaded listings, sales (On March 19 we had 4,418 items of your 20,000 monthly, and from April 7 - 458,420 items of your 40,000 monthly limit), which is why we exceeded our limits.
Please tell us if any error has occurred? How did we achieve such indicators? Thank you for your time and help in resolving this issue!
