Account placed on temporarily on hold

I need help with my seller account. My account has been placed on temporarily hold and I have been asked to contact agent and provide information. I am located in United kingdom but i have been presented to provide US contact number. Also the robot agent is not helpful as well.

I am confused how can i contact agent here in UK?
