My account had a random review. They asked for triplets for a couple of items. One of the items was from an Amazon return pallet. I explained there is no individual receipt for items on Amazon pallets. Sent receipt for paid amazon pallet and information of the pallet place. They didn’t accept it and permanently restricted my account. I don’t see anywhere in the user agreement where you need receipt for items sold. They are holding my 1400 hostage that I needed for mortgage. I have been with them over 15 years and all positive feedback. Do you need receipt for items sold on here? If so where does it say so in user agreement. There has to be millions of amazon resellers on here and no amazon return pallet place invoices each item on a skid individually.
