I have been a ebay seller part time periodically for more than a decade. Recently I have been selling some laptops but now eBay permanently restricted my account because I can not provide receipt of items I am selling. Well I bought these items from an individual and I do not have the receipt for them. eBay seems to concern about if these items are legit. I contacted the manufacture of these laptops and was told they were fine. I bought from an individual that dealt with wholesale but didn't want to provide receipt, I believe he had the reason and he didn't want to disclose to me, but I don't see how it is not legit when the seller has been doing this for many years and he is still in good standing. I told eBay I could not provide receipt, and they permanently banned my account. Anyone have similar experience that can share?
