account permanently restricted

Hi! there,

My eBay account was permanently restricted. I did not have any buyer complaints or bad ratings. As a growing eBay seller, I worked hard to maintain my online reputation. I delivered the items on time and responded to the buyers as quickly as I could. I solved buyers' problems on time. I had a good seller rating on eBay, but suddenly I was permanently restricted without any information. even my funds on hold. I had shipped my orders to the buyers already. I tried many times to get my restriction lifted on eBay, but they said they couldn't even if I made a mistake as a growing seller. I must get a single chance to fix the errors. So please, I need my eBay sales back. It's so important to me.

Can anyone please assist me?

When your account got restricted, Ebay would have sent you an email and in that email they would have told you why. Now you may not agree with it, but they do tell you why.

Only Ebay can change this for you. No one here can help you on this, sorry.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
