Account payment on hold
Ebay is holding a payout to me on an item a (camera) I sold. I am not a reseller mostly I buy items I might be using at home or in a business I own. I have a history of over 600 purchase over the years with 100% good feed back. I sold a camera that I had been using in my business. The purchaser received the camera on the 11th of November. Ebay is holding back payment to me until the 20th of November. How long will Ebay continue to hold payouts to me? I also do not want Ebay to deduct tax from this to give to the IRS since I am not a reseller, for profit. Can anyone give me any answers?

According to Ebay:
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
Ebay does not deduct income taxes from your sale. You report your income when you file your taxes.
