I was told that my account is temporarily on hold until I enter the minimal accounts eBay has entered into my bank account. I just got off of the phone with my bank and they cannot find the amounts

The micro deposits might take time to appear. I believe it will be two, very small amounts. Like $0.28, for example.
I honestly would give it more time before contacting eBay.
