I received this statement “We've temporarily restricted your account from selling because we've seen activity that doesn't follow our policies.†Well I sent you the information needed to verify my identity. I like to know how long will it take before I know something and be able to use my account?

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
