got a message that my payouts are on hold?
why does this happen and for how long?

Mentor2 years agoYou appear to be an infrequent seller.
I am guessing you are restricted because you need to supply the information requested for Managed Payments.

Make sure your name registered with ebay exactly matches the name on your checking account, including middle name and initial, if that applies.
Make sure you supply a physical street address. If you use a P.O. Box, you can change that later on your account.
