Does anyone know what I should do to get my account off hold I told 2of my buyers I would purchase gift cards for them and now my account is on hold I told them specifically that I don't have the money to buy the gift cards. That I would have to get paid first. And now eBay is telling me that they won't release my 7000 dollars till I send pictures of the gift cards and I told the buyers I didn't have the money for them. So what can I do

That's a total LIE. eBay never told you that. It was a thief pretending to be eBay to trick you. You will NOT get that $7000, not from this guy. They might send a fake, forged document that claims you were paid, but it would be a fake from this scammer. They prey on newbie sellers. This is a common scam, we've seen it reported hundreds of times here on the boards.

·2 years agoStop, it is a total Scam!! You are not talking to eBay. Anyone who ask for gift card is a scammer. You will not be paid. I repeat Stop!!
