Hi,
I am new to Ebay selling. I was trying to print a shipping label with me (the seller) and the intended TO person and address. I was trying to make the buyer the one who is shipping item back to me. The system kept not recognizing my password so I typed my email address instead. Little did I realize it changed my settings and I cannot get back into my main selling account for 30 days!!! Help. What should I do? I noticed this was only changed on my Iphone which was the device I was using at the time. All my original setting are fine on my computer. I CAN access my original selling account on my computer just not my Iphone for 30 days.

Mentor3 years agoNever try to make a return label that way. Have the buyer open a Return Request and ebay will send them a label, or you can opt to send your own at that time by using a service like a free PirateShip account.
You will have to ask on the mobile app board how to resolve your other problem.
