Account locked after making payment. What now?
I created another ebay account to start a business in another country and I was using a VPN service for security but after creating it and making payment to a seller, my account got blocked. Now I am not able to login or file a claim.
The seller had shipped the order to a different location and it was received by someone else. How do I claim it now?
