Account locked after finally being able to update the phone number

Question

As the title implies, ebay locked me from bidding and selling with my account until i contact an agent, it wont let me update my contact information and address... the thing is, i cant contact the agent through phone... im not in the US anymore and the call never gets through, what are my options here?, i cant find any options besides the phone call!...

Appreciate the help, but all of the options you pointed where used before without any outcomes.

Facebook social media says they dont have the authority, and i should stick with the automated assitant.

Instagram social media says the exact same.

Automated assistant only offers calls that never happen, no matter what i do or when. My guess its because im based in Venezuela now.

I feel pretty dissapointed already, i tried for so long and so many times... guess i'll just forget about ebay and start using something else.
