account listing restrictions, then lifted, then turned into full selling suspension
Are there any suggestions on how to go about lifting a permanent account restriction? Is there a department that specifically handles these type of cases, that have experienced staff (not in an overseas call center) that can rationalize and reason through actual real case scenarios?
briefly our situation.... One company complained via 'ebay/vero' about items we sold being counterfiet. we have never sold anything counterfiet, we proceeded to jump thru all of the hoops and showed them they were not counterfeit, and that indeed they were coming from there distributors. They issued ebay a release..... low and behold, one year later, the same third party entity created the same complaint, we explained to ebay/vero the same case we made a year prior and a restriction was lifted again.... you guessed it, for the third year in a row the complaint/restriction was levied. trying to get the restriction released again thru ebay/vero dept... they said can only accept release from the company in question... that company in question has all new staff not familiar with the process, and requesting our entire chai of command of our product offerings.... tired of fighting removed all of the listings with that companies' items, then told ebay/vero forget about the matter tired of fighting (knowing it would come up again the next year probably, because there are no protections against the process from repeating). ebay then put permanent restriction on our whole account because of they said we are a repeat offender, even though we had account restrictions lifted.
Really would like to continue selling other items not related to the one company in question, as we have for over 10+ years. truly a point of principle that no one at ebay can seem to understand or have a reasonable explanation? It appears the ebay platform is limited to how much an individual employee can make a decision, without the computer program over ruling
If any seller has had a similiar situation or restriction lifted and then turned into permanent situation - please let me know how to proceed. Thanks

Mentor6 months agoHi,
Community mentors who answer questions here are experienced sellers, not eBay customer service representatives. For account suspensions, you’ll need to contact eBay Customer Service directly.
On any eBay page, look for “Help & Contact†in the upper left corner to reach support. You can also message eBay Customer Service through their Facebook page. They have an Instagram account for sellers as well.
Best wishes with your selling.
