Account Limited - Cannot Contact Support
Hello eBay Mentors,
My account: is limited.
I cannot buy or sell anything.
I tried "Call us" and "Send us an email" in Contact Us but both options are not available right now.
Please help me verify my account and remove the limitation. This is very urgent for me.

All new members have limits or restrictions placed on their accounts at first until they prove to be a reliable buyer who pays for their items. The limits are for how much they can spend at one time and/or on how many items they can buy at one time. The link below explains the limits and restrictions.

I read the article about Pakistan. It says Pakistan is not blocked but has strict restrictions.
My problem is: My buying account is limited and I cannot contact eBay Support because there is no "Contact Us" option in my account.
Can you please help me to escalate this to eBay Support team or tell me how I can contact them directly to verify my account and remove the buying limit?

Look at the bottom of the eBay page in your account and see if there is a Help & Contact link. Since we have no account access here we cannot see what you are seeing on your screen. There is also a Help and Contact link at the bottom of this page, it is in very small print but it is there.

I checked the very bottom of the page like you said, but there is NO "Help & Contact" link in my account.
I attached a screenshot of the bottom of my page.
Because my account is restricted, eBay is hiding the Contact option.
I also cannot open my eBay Messages and I am not receiving OTP to verify Email/Phone.
Can you please escalate this to the eBay Support team for me?
I only want to buy and remove the buying limit.

But good news, @glorybells has pointed out that the Contact link IS on your eBay page, you just missed it. Please use that now and you have our sincere best wishes for success!!!
