Account issues
I logged into my account and noticed that everything had been erased. I have been an eBay member with an account since 2007 not it says I’ve been a member since 2020, I have no purchase history, nothing on my watch list, no selling or purchasing records of any kind and a new member generated name. I’m so confused what happened to my account. I had like 15 years worth of purchases and sold some things and had a good reputation as a buyer and seller now it’s all gone. They didn’t have my information to even message a seller about an item. Please help
