Mentor3 years agoHas Ebay told you that you have an issue or are you assuming you have an issue? If Ebay informed you of it, inside that email it would have told you what you need to do to fix the problem. Did you do what they told you that you needed to do?
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
