Account Issue
Im having trouble getting a limit increase because ebay has my account flagged for drop shipping. i have been on ebay for over 20 years and have never drop shipped a single item. Customer service has been horrible. Any ideas on what to do? I have tried social media and that's no help either. I have all of my inventory in hand, I sell sports & trading cards so ebay can see based of my listing photos that I have them items in hand, I buy all my shipping labels direct from ebay etc so it should be an easy account review but its been a nightmare. devon@ebay are you able to help?

OP3 years agoThanks for the reply. I have tried both of those already. I have 100% feedback,, top rated etc and still cant get them to tell me what I "dropped shipped" back in 2019 or what needs to be done. Per policy drop shipping is allowed so if I was doing that I would still be within policy so it makes no sense.
