·2 years agoWhat error message are you getting when you try, or if no error message what circumstances lead you to your conclusion that you are "restricted": what page are you on, what blanks do you fill and what links do you click, what happens next vs. what did you expect to happen?
The writers of the error messages and Help Pages aren't always on the same wavelength. Some error messages when a buyer runs into a normal buying limit refers to being "restricted" while the Help Page for "Buying limits and restrictions" uses the latter term for consequences of policy violations or the like (and promises a message in the inbox) to distinguish those from normal buying limits. I don't know if the same applies in any selling situations.

OP2 years agoNo, I have sold regularly. The problem is I did not receive a message or email from eBay telling me what the solution is. I checked all my messages back to before the restriction. No message.
