Mentor2 years agoThat message indicates that eBay has reason to believe that someone other than you has accessed your account, and that you need to use the contact link in the message to contact eBay directly and prove you are the original account holder. If someone else knows your password, your account is no longer secure and further steps must be taken to secure your account so that only you can use it.
