Hi Ebay, i don t know why my account is hold kindly check and help me to reactive. Then, i also apply for payoneer but i dont know is active or not yet..

You are located in Malaysia. If you registered your ebay account on ebay.com, then yes, you will need a Payoneer account in order to get paid because Managed Payments can only send payouts to a checking account in the USA. A Payoneer account is not needed if your account is located on ebay.com.my . We used to be able to see where a member's account is registered, but ebay changed the screens, and now we don't know.
